All Mebin products must be sold at the prices provided in our official pricing list. Prices may change from time to time, and we’ll always communicate updates clearly.
To protect brand value and fairness, Mebin follows a Minimum Advertised Price policy. Selling below this price without approval is not allowed and may result in corrective action.
Discounts, promotions, or special offers must be approved by Mebin in advance. Unauthorized discounting can lead to suspension or termination of selling privileges.
All orders must be submitted through our official ordering system and include accurate product details, quantities, pricing, and delivery information.

Mebin products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, as outlined in the product’s warranty documentation.
Normal wear and tear, misuse, unauthorized alterations, or repairs done outside of Mebin-approved service are not covered.
Returns are accepted only when approved by Mebin and must follow our return authorization process. Custom or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return.
Our name, logo, designs, images, and marketing materials are part of the Mebin brand.
Authorized partners may use these assets only for approved marketing and sales purposes.
Any other use—without written permission—is not allowed.
Partners may receive sensitive information such as pricing, designs, or business strategies.
This information must be kept confidential and used only for legitimate Mebin-related business.
All parties involved in selling Mebin products must comply with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical business practices in their respective regions.
Partners are responsible for their own sales practices and agree to protect Mebin from claims arising from:
Unauthorized promotions
Misrepresentation of products
Breach of this policy
If any disagreement arises, we aim to resolve it professionally and fairly through the dispute resolution method outlined in the applicable sales or partnership agreement.
