Refund & Exchange Policy – Mebin Furniture & Decors

At Mebin Furniture & Decors, we are committed to delivering quality craftsmanship. We understand that sometimes a product may not fit your space as envisioned. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds, exchanges, and returns are handled.

1. Return & Exchange Window

You may initiate a return or exchange request within 3 days from the date of delivery or purchase.

  • Requests made after 3 days will not be accepted.

  • To be eligible, items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging with the purchase receipt.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

To maintain quality standards, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom-Made Products: Any furniture customized by size, color, material, or design.

  • Sale & Clearance Items: Products purchased at a discount or during a promotional campaign.

  • Assembled Furniture: Once an item has been assembled by our team or the customer, it cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

  • Bedding & Upholstery: Mattresses, pillows, and upholstered items (for hygiene reasons) unless unopened.

3. Damages & Defects (Important)

We request that you inspect your order while the delivery team is present.

  • On-Spot Return: If you find any damage, scratch, or defect upon delivery, please return it immediately with the delivery personnel or contact us instantly.

  • Post-Delivery: Reports of physical damage (scratches, dents) will not be accepted once the delivery team has left the premises.

  • Manufacturing Defects: For internal structural defects not visible during delivery, please notify us within the 3-day window for a repair or replacement assessment.

4. Fees & Deductions

If you wish to return or exchange an item due to a "change of mind" or size mismatch (where the error is not ours):

  • Restocking/Service Fee: A fee of 20% of the invoice value will be deducted from your refund amount.

  • Exchange Fee: A fee of 15% will apply if you wish to exchange the item for a different product.

  • Shipping Costs: Original delivery charges are non-refundable. If Mebin Furniture arranges the pickup of the return, a return shipping fee will also be deducted.

5. Refund Method & Timeline

  • Eligibility: Cash refunds are processed only if the item is defective and we are unable to repair or replace it. For other returns, we may issue Store Credit for future purchases.

  • Processing Time: Once the returned item arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection, approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days to your original payment method (Bank Transfer/Mobile Banking/Card).

6. Order Cancellation

  • Standard Items: You may cancel a standard order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund.

  • Custom Orders: Cancellation of custom orders after 24 hours will incur a cancellation fee to cover material costs already incurred.

7. How to Initiate a Request

To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Do not discard the packaging.

  2. Take clear photos of the product and the specific issue (if damaged).

  3. Contact our support team within 3 days.
